Hello! I’m Amanda.

I’m a multidisciplinary designer based in Texas, currently looking for new opportunities. I recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from SNHU as a nontraditional student, majoring in Graphic Design and User Experience.

My work as a digital product designer centers on one question: how do we anticipate what users need without undermining their agency?

It’s the question I keep in mind as I help product teams build experiences that respect and strengthen the people who use them, without losing sight of the businesses they serve.

Non-linear Advantage

While my path to UX design was not linear, my journey has been marked by experience that gives me a unique advantage. From fine arts to web design, digital illustration to graphic design, storytelling to marketing, I’ve developed an array of skills over the years.

For five of those years, I was an entrepreneur running my own e-commerce businesses. I gained hands-on experience not only as a designer iterating on products and processes in real-time, but as a business owner balancing the goals of business with the needs of its users.

That experience taught me to build for the long term, delivering for customers while respecting their ability to choose, because a customer you respect is a customer who comes back.
